Experience Audit & Ritual Flow Design
For existing saunas and wellness spaces that want their experience to feel more intentional.
PARA Studio evaluates the existing project and guest journey end-to-end, and identifies where the experience loses energy or impact.
We then design a clear ritual flow: a sequence of states, actions, and transitions that makes your sauna offering feel coherent, safe, and memorable.
Deliverable: a written audit and a simple visual map of the new flow.
Training & Certification for Sauna Teams
For teams who want to treat heat as more than just a setting.
We train staff in the basics of russian sauna (banya)-inspired steaming, working with steam, whisks, herbs, and oils, as well as safety, touch ethics, and the art of guiding guests through changing states.
On request, teams can complete certification as PARA Facilitator and join the wider PARA network.
Experience Architecture Consulting
For new sauna and wellness projects, or major renovations.
We help you design the flow of your space: how guests move through heat, cold, and rest, and where rituals begin and end.
We consult on materials, light, sound, and sensory elements so the architecture supports the kind of experience you want to offer.
We also create a "heat map" that architects and designers can use as a reference throughout the project.
Brand Identity
For brands that want their sauna experience to be recognisable and consistent.
PARA Studio develops the ritual DNA of the brand: the philosophy behind sauna offerings, a signature ritual, and a sensorial language that ties together heat, light, sound, aroma, and taste.
We also provide naming and descriptions for your website, menu, and communication, along with guidance on how staff speak and hold space during rituals.
